A Christian’s life is marked by effectiveness for the kingdom of God. This spiritual fruit is produced by abiding in Christ. 

"I am the true vine, and My Father is the vineyard keeper. Every branch in ME that does no produce fruit He removes, and He prunes every branch that produces fruit so that it will produce more fruit. You are already clean because of the word I have spoken to you. Remain in Me, and I in you. Just as a branch is unable to produce fruit by itself unelss it remains on the vine, so neither can you unless you remain in Me. I am the vine; you are the branches. The one who remains in Me and I in him prodcues much fruit, because you can do nothing without Me. If anyone does not remain in Me, he is thrown aside like a branch and he withers. They gather them, throw them into the fire, and they are burned. If you remain in Me and My words remain in you, ask whatever you want and it will be done for you. My Father is glorified by this: that you produce much fruit and prove to be My disciples." John 15:1-8

River Valley Christian Fellowship applies these “Connections” for our members in order to equip them to connect with Christ and have productive lives. We seek to keep Christ the center of our lives through these "Connections." WE “the church” worship Jesus together through these connections: 

WE LOVE by ‘Connecting One to Another, Connecting All to Christ.’ In Groups we learn to live together like Jesus lives – in loving obedience to the Father and in loving commitment to one another. (Acts 2:46-47)

WE GROW through our personal time and prayer with our Lord. We grow through applying the Bible to our lives and living faithfully to Jesus. (Hebrews 4:12)

WE GIVE and tithe our resources to expand the Gospel in our community and beyond. We are generous with our giving according to God’s Word. (Malachi 3:8-10)

WE GO at River Valley by "Serve One & Worship One." We encourage everyone to come to a service to worship Jesus (the only One who is worthy of our worship) and then stay for another service time in order to serve in a ministry area. We Reach People & We Serve People! We also do this by going beyond our walls to serve others. We reach people by inviting them to come to River Valley. (Acts 1:8)
